Our Staff We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.
All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff are encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
We are proud to announce that our lead teachers and many of our assistant teachers are either in the process of or already have their CDA. A few have obtained their Bachelor`s degree and continue to work for Kids `R` Kids.
Did you know, Kids `R` Kids Schools of San Antonio has employees that have been with us an average of 2-7 years. In fact, a few of our staff are original to the opening of the first Kids `R` Kids in San Antonio at our Hardy Oak location which just celebrated it`s 10 year anniversary in April.
